Moto G 3rd Generation

The buzz is of the entry of latest variant of the Moto G family in market. The drop in price of Moto G 2^nd gen in past few months had given an idea about the coming entry of new variant, the all new Moto G 3^rd gen is available in 2 variant exclusively on Flipkart. This is probably the best Moto device introduce the company, neither its too rich nor is it too cheap like some other cariants available in the market in the same price range. The 8GB ROM + 1 GB RAM model is available for Rs 11999 whereas the 16 GB ROM + 2GB RAM model is available for Rs 12999.Both the variant support 4G network.

The new model is also called as Moto G3.  Looking at Moto G3 you will not find anything new from outside but it has surprise for you inside.

Coming to the specification part you will find it mostly similar to its previous variant ie Moto G2, but some major additions made in this variant make it something different.

Display: The new Moto G3  has 5 inches display. The screen is HD IPS with 720 * 1280 resolution running with pixel density of 449 ppi . Screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 which means you can use the device with confidence. While the display is awesome to use, someTests have revealed that the display while on heavy use on 3G gets heated up, but this probably isn’t a major issue.

Camera:  The new Moto G3 sports a big 13 MP rear camera with dual Led & a 5 MP front camera that will surely catch the attention of camera lovers. The camera captures with resolution upto 5248 * 3936 pixels, video shooting can be carried on 2160 pixels at 30 frames per second. The camera is pretty satisfying , selfies are more than good for normal moment capturing.

Hardware: The major highlight of the phone is its IPX7 certification which indicates that the phone is dust-resistant & water resistant, its immersible in water upto depth of 1 feet for about 30 minutes without any harm, this is something that cant be seen in the phones of this price category & is very insuring for people with rough cellphone use. Other features are cool metallic like bezel, a good body with friction enough to give a good hold.

The phone runs on stock Android 5.1 Lollipop with 1.4 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 CPU paired with Adreno 306 GPU.

The phone has a 2470 mAh non-removable battery that can run the phone with given specs for appreciable time.

The phone is avaiblable on Flipkart in India form 28^th july. The phone is a good choice for mid-range users who don’t perform heavy use even though the phone is capable of performing heavy functions.
